Terms of Service
1. By contacting me and requesting creative work from me, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. My work and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the person represented by the pen-name, "TheWhiteRavn," and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. I will retain any commercial and advertising rights for work I have produced, unless clearly otherwise mutually agreed upon. Personal use rights are transferred to the customer.
3. The accepted payment methods as of 2/21/2021 are as follows:
Transferring ownership of art, characters, or other things owned by you that I deem of equal sentimental value to meUSD via PayPal
4. Refund Policy
A full refund is to be issued only if the service request is canceled before the work is started and the payment was already received, or if a very large and unresolvable critical error was included in the services provided.A partial refund may be issued if a small critical error was included in the services provided.
5. I may refuse to accept service requests or terminate service requests, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your service request to date. This does not affect your ownership of previously owned works. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive refusal shall survive refusal, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. If this happens, any currency that was pre-paid before termination of the request will be returned to the original owner.
6. I reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as I see fit and your continued use of my services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
